Cost Analysis
Lice is difficult to eliminate which is why most people who get lice have it on an average of 3 to 6 months. I service many families that have been battling lice for over a year. One girl had been battling lice for over 2 years.
During this time, there are many direct and indirect costs, direct being the cost of OTC and presription products, doctor visits, lice products bought on internet and store and the indirect cost being lost time from work, lost time for school activies that have already been paid for, lost opportunities, lost time, extra food cost (take out chinese is common because everyone is too exhausted to cook), lack of sleep which translates to less productive during the day, and many more costs as an indirect or direct result of lice.
Of course there is the emotional cost of fractured friendships, arugmetns in the family, anxiety at school and work, feeling stigmazied, poor performance in school and work, and side effects from excessive use of toxic treatments.
I charge for my time and services according to their value and just to show you that working with me is more cost effective, I made this chart. Please add and deduct for your own situation but this can give you premise to start with.

This analysis is based on the average case of lice for 3 to 6 months with medium hair length whereby the individual will try many, many various things to rid themselves of this pesty parasite. Also, this is based on just one person. Obviously, the cost goes up for many family members. For example, for a family of 4, the cost for prescriptions alone can be from $1000 to $2000.

If I can do treatment during a time that Mom or Dad do not have to take time off of work and kids aren't missing activities, then the comparative cost would really be just $175 to $400 (laundry expense included). And the biggest savings....PEACE OF MIND AND LETTING AN EXPERT HELP YOU! |
